APSSDC-Siemens Executive Leadership Development Program

In an effort to significantly enhance the quality of training being carried out at the various APSSDC-SIEMENS CoEs and tSDIs, Executive Leadership Development Program was conducted from 24 th June to 28 th June at MVGR College of Engineering and Co-ordinated by Sri A Ravi Kumar, Assoc. Project Director, APSSDC. The training was for the center and cluster incharges across the state. A total of 25 members attended the Phase 1(including the project manager tSDI from Designtech)of this program. The program was designed and delievered by Dr R Ramesh, Dean of Research at MVGR. The program involved study of cases on leadership, a term project and an end exam in addition to group discussions and recreation of industrial scenarios to put into practice the learnings made in the classroom. Course certificates were issued to all participants graded according to performance. Various incharges participated very actively in the program
